Why is there a charge from KANARIES.NET on my statement?
Kanaries Data Inc. is the company behind Kanaries, Pixno, VizGPT and Runcell, and it processes payments for all of them. A KANARIES.NET charge is a subscription to one of those products.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to the website where you subscribed, log in, and open the billing or subscription page. Each product has its own account. Links are in the product list above.
I don't remember subscribing. What should I do?
Search your email for a welcome or receipt message from Kanaries, Pixno, VizGPT or Runcell, then log in on that product's site to review the plan. If you still can't find it, send us the charge date and amount and we'll trace it.
I use the product, but the name on my statement looks different.
That's expected. The product you use has its own site (photes.io, vizgpt.ai, runcell.dev), but the payment is processed by the parent company, so your bank shows KANARIES.NET.
