Make your comparison chart

  1. Choose a template and enter your own before and after values.
  2. Edit the title, labels, color and source. Add up to three metrics or break the before value into tasks.
  3. Download SVG for vector graphics, or PNG for slides and websites. Select a transparent background when needed.

How the reduction is calculated

Reduction = (before − after) ÷ before × 100. A change from 3,000 hours to 90 hours is a 97% reduction.

Use the same period and unit on both sides. Bars start at zero and share a scale within each metric. A zero baseline has no percentage; increases are labelled as increases.

Questions about before-and-after charts

Can I use this chart in PowerPoint?

Yes. Download PNG and insert it as a picture. SVG stays sharp when scaled; SVG support and editing depend on your PowerPoint version. This tool exports images, not PPTX files.

How do I show a task breakdown?

Enable the breakdown option for a metric. Add up to three tasks; their values are summed to form the before bar. Enter the after value in the same unit.

Are the charts uploaded or saved automatically?

Chart generation and export run in your browser. Charts are not saved automatically, so download the result before leaving. Workflow analytics do not include your chart text or values.
